Our shipping Policy
Our 3D printed models are currently being shipped to North America and Europe.To ensure that your ordered 3D Printed product is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we told you during our communication when you ordered the model, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Processing and Shipping
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. The time taken for 3D Printed orders to reach customer’s destination is totally dependent on:
- The selected shipping method, and
- The client’s location.
eThing.ca shall strive to ship orders within one (1) to two (2) weeks, as orders are processed in the order that they came in. Only Canada Post will be available. Customers can prefer using their own account. If you want eThing.ca to ship on your UPS, DHL, or FedEx account, please put the account number in the order comments section during checkout. We will refund any shipping charges the website has charged and instead use your account. eThing.ca offers priority shipping via UPS and FedEx (including overnight). These expedited options can be added to your order during checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Claims
eThing.ca does NOT hold or accept responsibility for 3D Printed products that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Our Refund Policy
eThing.ca may, at any time during the quotation and the ordering, and the manufacturing process, revoke and/or cancel any quotation/order, if there are technical reasons to do so on eThing’s end. In such a case, eThing.ca will reimburse you all monies paid.
Inspection – Returns – Replacements – Refunds
As the products are made immediately on the basis of your specifications, there is no right to return or the possibility of canceling your order after a certain period of time.
Upon delivery of the product, eThing.ca expects that you submit the product to a thorough inspection. If, upon inspection, you feel that the product is not in conformity with the order, you should contact us as soon as possible and at the latest seven (7) days after your receipt of the product. In the case that you omit to exercise this control or decide to use a non-conform product, you dismiss eThing.ca from any liability for the possible consequences of the usage of this product.
We do not accept returned orders or parts of ordered models. If you find any significant printing defect on the ordered model, please send us a picture of the defect, and we would be happy to replace the defective part. Where the entire model is defective, eThing.ca will reprint the entire model.
Refunds
We typically send in your order to the print farm within minutes of receiving your order.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can try and resolve them for you. You have a 2-hour window to cancel your order. There will be a re-stocking fee of 25% for cancellations after 2 hours.
Shipping
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment
eThing.ca reserves the right to revoke and/or modify (part of) a quotation and/or order confirmation for technical reasons. The liability of eThing.ca vis-à-vis you for real and proven damage will, regardless of the gravity of the failure, be limited to the price of the product directly related to the reason for the claim. All other liability of eThing.ca, such as that for consequential loss, other indirect loss, and loss as a result of third-party liability, is excluded.
