Customers agree and consent hereto that eThing.ca shall bear no risk whatsoever as to the sale of 3d Printed products through third parties. eThing.ca specifically is not responsible for any expressed or implied warranties and conditions arising by statute or operation of law, within the course of dealing or otherwise. eThing.ca further disclaims liability in any warranty or conditions of merchantability of our 3D printed products to be sold, with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. eThing.ca makes no guarantees that a buyer of one of our 3D printed models, or customized models will have their thirst or desires for other models permanently quenched.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will eThing.ca or any of its third party dealers, middlemen, parents, affiliates, or any officers, directors, employees, or agents of the parties, or its parents or affiliates, be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, however or whenever arising, including, without limitation, damages for lowered self-esteem, development of any type of addictions, lost business, lost opportunities, lost time, lost relationships, psychological injuries to oneself or damage to reputation, under any theory of liability or cause of action whether in tort, including negligence, or otherwise, regardless of whether or not it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, unless the actions of the eThing.ca are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal.
We are selling “Fan Art”, these characters are invented by different entities like Disney, Rick and Morty, many are game characters. So, we want to make it clear that no copyright infringement is intended as this is art made by various artist that we source for people to paint.
Some 3D Printed models might be considered as minors, unethical or offensive by diverse members of different communities due to race, age, religion, gender or sexual orientation and eThing.ca shall not be responsible for the creation or existence of such NFT art, even as a seller of 3D print of such art.

Restrictions
Any transaction between eThing.ca and the customer confers upon contractual parties’ rights and obligations which are not transferable or assignable. Any attempted assignment or transfer of Customer’s rights or obligations pursuant to a transaction will immediately terminate and be null and void. Consequently, such attempt assignment shall forthwith extinguish eThing’s contractual obligations to the violating customer.
